Create a project
When you use qbase+ for the first time, you can't do anything unless you create a project to store your experiments in.
Create a new Project |
---|
When you double click the qbase+ icon, the software starts up automatically opens the Start page where you can create a new project by clicking the Create new project button (red):
This will create a new project with a default name like Project 1 (green). |
Create an experiment
To open actual data (one/more runs) in qbase+, creating a project is not sufficient. You need to create an experiment in this project to hold the run data.
Create a new Experiment called GeneExpression in the new project. |
---|
This will create the experiment. |
