Sample and Data Relationship Format. A file describing Microarray data with sample annotations. It is part of the MAGE-TAB microarray experiment data file formats used by ArrayExpress.

The SDRF file consists of a table in which each hybridization channel is represented by a row, and columns represent the steps of the experiment.
